For nearly 30 years, Unity for the Community has served as a faith-rooted, community-driven organization committed to meeting the practical and spiritual needs of individuals and families in Houston, Texas. Guided by the belief that every person is created with dignity and purpose, our work centers on compassion, equity, and service to others.
Unity for the Community provides a comprehensive continuum of support that addresses both immediate needs and long-term stability. Core services include food assistance, affordable clothing, counseling services, community health navigation, and professional testing services such as drug and DNA testing. Through these programs, individuals receive not only essential resources, but also personalized guidance that connects them to health, wellness, and supportive services aligned to their unique circumstances.
